Our Precincts

The Cedars Precinct

The Cedars is located on the eastern side of the 10th green and the 11th fairway of the award-winning 18-hole Greg Norman designed golf course; these lots range in size from 607m2 to 980m2. This precinct is accessed via Vintage Drive, which connects new owners to the heart of The Vintage featuring five-star leisure facilities including Nineteen, Mezze Hunter Valley, the day spa, gymnasium and 25-metre heated swimming pool, day/night tennis courts and The Vintage Golf Club House.

Olive Grove

The Olive Grove is one of our gated precincts providing additional privacy for its residents. The precinct comprises predominantly golf frontage lots with picturesque easterly views over the 8th fairway and water feature. These are complemented by premium acreage lots, some with distant views out to the Barrington Ranges.

Peppertrees

The Peppertrees golf frontage lots look over the Tees, Fairways and water features of the 14th and 15th holes. A large expanse of golf interface provides a wide, open outlook to the East while the elevated premium lots have a treed buffer to McDonalds Road at the rear.

The manicured park towards the end of the precinct provides a pergola covered seating area from which to enjoy the picturesque views. Peppertrees are, of course a feature of this beautiful little park.

The Jacarandas

Featuring Jacarandas at the entry statement together with privacy gates, this precinct at the northern boundary of The Vintage enjoys a number of parks and reserves and is surrounded by the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th fairways. This well-established community offers new residents a deserving welcome to the Hunter Valley.

The Maples

This exclusive gated precinct was released in 2016. Large, architect designed residences enjoy direct access to the Golf clubhouse. Encircled by the 10th, 17th and 18th greens and fairways, this precinct has additional By-Laws governing the size and style of home allowed. An inviting community park is centrally located for the enjoyment of owners in The Maples.

Ironbark Hill

The homes at the perimeter of Hakea Circuit adjoin an area filled with mature gum trees. This cleverly designed precinct has a central park and two reserves, which open up the views to the 15th fairway and the calming water feature alongside.

A quick stroll from most of the homes in Ironbark Hill sees residents enjoying the facilities of the Golf Club and the central recreation hub.

Ironbark Village

Offering ‘village green’ style living, and views to the 15th fairway and water feature beyond, the manicured park adjoining the homes in this precinct acts as an extension to the living space and offers seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.

The Elms

This exclusive gated precinct was registered in 2016. Large, architect designed homes enjoy northerly views to the distant Barrington ranges. Surrounded by the 7th, 8th and 9th fairways, this precinct has additional By-Laws governing the size and style of home allowed. A central park with a pergola covered seating area provides a friendly meeting place for residents.

Blue Gums

Surrounded by the 1st to the 6th fairways, in the scenic Blue Gums precinct, you are only a short golf buggy drive away from all The Vintage facilities.

Featuring three parks, Blue Gums offers a number of coveted cul-de-sac positions, private accessways to homes and gently treed golf interfaces.

Casuarinas

Just a short stroll to the resort and recreation hub of The Vintage, the pool, tennis courts, fitness centre and restaurants are at your disposal in this precinct.

You will be sharing your space with the kangaroos whilst enjoying the views stretching down the 2nd fairway or looking out over the treed parkland.

Tallowwoods

Opposite the Casuarinas, Tallowwoods also enjoys close proximity to the Golf Clubhouse and The Vintage recreation facilities. With direct pathway access to Nineteen and Mezze Hunter Valley hospitality facilities, Tallowwoods residents will be able to ‘pop next door’ for a coffee or meet with friends in the Hotel.

Figtrees & Figtrees 2

Overlooking the 2nd hole and with stretching views of the 3rd Tee, Fairway and Green, the Figtrees & Figtrees 2 are positioned within a 700m (approx) easy stroll to the heart of the estate. The Figtrees features a variety of golf frontage and parkland lots, as well as lots adjoining recreation space.

Figtrees East

Upon entry to the Figtree’s area, you have Figtrees East on your left offering close proximity to the Golf Clubhouse and The Vintage recreation facilities. With direct pathway access to Nineteen, Mezze Hunter Valey and the Golf Course/Leisure facilities, residents are a short stroll to facilities.

The Oaks Precinct

Located in the heart of The Vintage is The Oaks. This exclusive gated precinct boasts extraordinary private landscaped community park featuring a unique sculpture, commissioned exclusively for The Vintage. The Oaks comprises of one-off custom design homes and no holiday rentals permitted. There is also private cart access to the golf course, clubhouse and driving range.
